Our cuisine is characterized by traditional flavors combined with the use of innovative techniques such as low-temperature cooking. The strong point is that we do not use industrial products, but create our dishes starting from the raw material for the entire process inside our kitchen.
The Menu
Always in step with the seasons, refined and at the same time simple and refined. In addition, every Friday the menu is dedicated to a local product.
Location
The restaurant offers an intimate and convivial room. Staff ready to pamper you and welcome you in an atmosphere full of authenticity and cordiality in line with the Umbrian tradition: it will be like feeling at home.

Thursday to Sunday from 7:30 pm to 23:30 pm (only dinner)
Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 to 15:30 pm (also lunch)
